for this one off fee we custom build your (basic) site to your specifications
there are NO catches..............we design a basic three page site for you, the site is yours only you will be able to make changes to it.
This route is designed for sites owned by individuals who will be modifying their own site rather than for businesses who do not have the expertise to modify their own html code.
Businesses can sign up for the above option if they wish but we do make a minimum charge of $15 (£10) for even a minor change once you have agreed to the design and content of your site. We also charge for the bandwidth used if the business has more than a 1000 visitors per week.
